The Growth Scalers Story
John and Jeremie, our co-founders, first met while working at a fast-growing European advertising firm. John managed international clients from the UK, while Jeremie was part of the core team in Germany. Then the pandemic hit. Global operations were scaled back, and John and Jeremie suddenly found themselves at a crossroads.
Instead of returning to employment, they decided to take everything they had learned; the wins, the setbacks, and the inside knowledge of scaling eCommerce brands, and build something of their own. What started as a few side projects for select clients quickly became something bigger. The results spoke for themselves. Growth Scalers was born, not as a traditional agency, but as a partner for eCommerce brands ready to scale with clarity, transparency, and measurable results.
